Setting up phpVMS

Before you run the phpVMS Installer, you must create a database. Log into cPanel (the link is your welcome email, or goto yourdomain.com/cpanel), and then scroll down to the MySQL Database Wizard. Follow the wizard, entering your database name, the username, and the password. Assign all privledges. Make sure to use a secure password. Note this information down.

Next, visit the phpVMS Installer, and enter in the information requested. Important note: Prefix the username and database name with your account name and an underscore. For example, if you login using the username "fscentral", and the name you supplied in the MySQL Wizard is "phpvms", your database name will be "fscentral_phpvms". Same for the username. The password remains as you entered it.
